This 1934 Dobro guitar came to the shop in bad shape. We gave it 2 new carbon fiber truss rods (non-adjust but for extra support), new ebony fingerboard with matching vintage cream binding, a vintage bone nut and brass compensated bridge (both carved from scratch), fixed all the electronics and gave it a setup. No need to refinish it, kept it aged. The customer wanted to add a jewel light to it, so we installed an amber light to match the vintage look, with an on/off switch. The jewel can be easily changed to a green light instead, depending on the mood.
